A1 and A3 error codes appear when there is an issue with your machine's temperature sensors. A1 relates to the brew boiler, and A2 to the steam boiler, indicating an open circuit. Refer to the 'Error A1 & A3' section in the video or use the button below to access the same information.
If you see A3 or A4 error codes, it means the temperature probes are showing an overheating issue. A3 indicates this for the brew boiler, while A4 is for the steam boiler. Although these errors aren't covered in the video, the testing process is the same. Keep in mind, however, that these errors signal temperatures beyond the high limits, suggesting that the probe will need replacement.
