What are Latte Rewards?
If you don't know what Latte Rewards are, they're our system for rewarding our customers for choosing us to make their purchases. You can get Latte Rewards from just about any purchase on the site, and you can use them to get discounts on pretty much anything we sell. If you're a customer with us, or you'd like to be, you may as well sign up for a free account right now and save some money.
Instructions
First, sign in to your Whole Latte Love account.
This should bring you to your Account Details page automatically, where you can look at your order history, the email address associated with your account, your Primary Address, and Latte Rewards. Your current unredeemed latte rewards appear next to "Latte Rewards" and are represented by a bold number on a square, red-orange background.
Alternatively, you can reach the Account details page by hovering your mouse cursor over your name at the top of the page, which will appear in the top right-hand corner. You should see "Hi, [Your Name]" next to an icon of a person. While hovering, a dropdown window will appear, revealing options for Account Details and Logout.
When looking at your Account Details page, find the Latte Rewards listing on the bottom left hand side of your account details. If you have any available, it will show you a denomination. You can click on that denomination or "Latte Rewards" to bring yourself to the Latte Rewards page.
Toward the bottom of the rewards page, you can find a grid of gift card options, including $1, $5, $10, $25, $50, and $100 gift cards. If you don't have enough points for a particular gift card, you will see a message on that particular gift card that reads, "MORE LATTE REWARD POINTS NEEDED." If you do have enough points for a particular gift card, you will see "GET REWARD" instead.
After you select GET REWARD, then Redeem, you will be provided with a coupon code that you must copy and paste at checkout in the coupons/discounts/promotion section.

How many Latte Rewards do I get for a purchase?
You can earn up to 2% on every purchase you make, or 2 Latte Reward points per dollar spent.
Can I Transfer or Redeem Latte Rewards or Gift Cards to Another Account?
Latte Rewards may only be redeemed by the user and/or account on which they were accrued and cannot be transferred, nor awarded, to another user and/or account. Whole Latte Love reserves the right to cancel at its discretion any orders placed with these Latte Reward balances and terminate any issued gift credit stemming from a transferred Latte Rewards balance or redemption.
Where are my gift cards that I haven't used yet?
Toward the bottom of the Latte Rewards page, you can find a section called "Your Gift Cards" where all of the gift cards you've claimed are listed. You will see how much each card is worth, when you claimed the gift card, as well as a button labelled "VIEW GIFT CARD" to get the code you can copy and apply at checkout.
Where can I see my Latte Rewards history/activity?
Toward the bottom of the Latte Rewards page, you can find a section called "Your Rewards Activity." Here you'll see a list of all Latte Rewards transactions, when points were gained or deducted from your account, how many points were added or subtracted and why, as well as that status of each change in point total.
Keep in mind that only orders made through the website while logged in are tracked here, and in your order history. Rewards gained from purchases made over the phone may take some time to appear in your history.
What if I purchased a product but don't see my Latte Rewards?
All Latte Rewards earned on an order will be set to pending for 30 days after the product has been purchased. After the 30 days you will be able to use these points.
Why are my Latte Rewards points pending?
When Latte Rewards are gained by making a purchase, the points are queued to be added to your account. Latte Rewards are issued 30 days after purchase.
Do Latte Rewards Expire?
Latte Rewards expire after 1 year if not used. Gift cards do not expire.
What happens if I make a purchase that's less than the amount provided by my gift card?
Don't worry, you won't waste your gift card if the cost of your purchase is less than the dollar amount provided by your gift card. Gift cards have individual balances, and only disappear once fully used.
For instance, if you have a $50 gift card claimed, and you're making a purchase that costs $10, your gift card will have $40 remaining in it's balance. You can find your gift card waiting for you on your Latte Rewards page for your next purchase.
How Will I Be Refunded If I Paid With a Gift Card I Redeemed with Latte Reward Points?
All funds used from a Latte Reward Points gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card used on the order.
