What are Latte Rewards?
If you're unfamiliar with Latte Rewards, they're our way of showing appreciation to customers who choose to shop with us. You earn Latte Rewards through purchases made on our site, and you can use them to redeem discount to use on future orders at checkout. If you're not already a customer, or if you'd like to become one, sign up for a free account today!
Viewing Account and Redeeming Rewards
First, sign in to your Whole Latte Love account to view how many available Latte Rewards you have.
This should bring you to your Account Details page automatically, where you can look at your order history, the email address associated with your account, your Primary Address, and Latte Rewards. Your current unredeemed latte rewards appear next to "Latte Rewards" and are represented by a bold number on a square, red-orange background.
Alternatively, you can reach the Account details page by hovering your mouse cursor over your name at the top of the page, which will appear in the top right-hand corner. You should see "Hi, [Your Name]" next to an icon of a person. While hovering, a dropdown window will appear, revealing options for Account Details and Logout.
Redeeming Rewards at Checkout
When looking at your Account Details page, find the Latte Rewards listing on the bottom left hand side of your account details. If you have any available, it will show you a denomination. You can click on that denomination or "Latte Rewards" to bring yourself to the Latte Rewards page.
Toward the bottom of the rewards page, you can find a grid of discount code options, including $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 off. If you don't have enough points for a particular discount, you will see a message on that particular discount code that reads, "MORE POINTS NEEDED." If you do have enough points for a particular discount code, you will see "GET REWARD" instead.
After you select GET REWARD, click Yes to redeem and you will be provided with a coupon code that you must copy and paste at checkout in the coupons/discounts/promotion section.
PLEASE NOTE: Just like all of our discount coupons, you may only use one Latte Rewards coupon per order.
Once entered, you will see the points take effect on the order, and deduct the amount that you selected on the Latte Rewards page, unless the order value is less than the value of your discount code.
PLEASE NOTE: Discount codes can only be used once and do not retain any remaining value if not fully applied to an order.

How many Latte Rewards do I get for a purchase?
You can earn up to 2% on every purchase you make, or 2 Latte Reward points per dollar spent.
Can I Transfer or Redeem Latte Rewards to Another Account?
Latte Rewards may only be redeemed by the user and/or account on which they were accrued and cannot be transferred, nor awarded, to another user and/or account. Whole Latte Love reserves the right to cancel at its discretion any orders placed with these Latte Reward balances and terminate any issued credits stemming from a transferred Latte Rewards balance or redemption.
Where can I see my Latte Rewards history/activity?
Toward the bottom of the Latte Rewards page, you can find a section called "Your Rewards Activity." Here you'll see a list of all Latte Rewards transactions, when points were gained or deducted from your account, how many points were added or subtracted and why, as well as that status of each change in point total.
Keep in mind that only orders made through the website while logged in are tracked here, and in your order history. Rewards gained from purchases made over the phone may take some time to appear in your history.
What if I purchased a product but don't see my Latte Rewards?
All Latte Rewards earned on an order will be set to pending for 30 days after the product has been purchased. After the 30 days you will be able to use these points.
Why are my Latte Rewards points pending?
When Latte Rewards are gained by making a purchase, the points are queued to be added to your account. Latte Rewards are issued 30 days after purchase.
Do Latte Rewards Expire?
Latte Rewards expire after 6 months if not used.
