What Will I Be Refunded?

For a merchandise return, your refund will be issued less a restocking fee equal to 10% of the value of the merchandise being returned. Any fees or charges associated with accepting delivery of the shipment (if applicable) will also be deducted from the refund. All Gift-with-Purchase or Included items must be returned to us. If you elect to keep any of the merchandise you received, its full retail price will be deducted from your refund.

For a refused or undeliverable shipment, the return will be treated as a standard merchandise return and an additional $20 reroute fee will be deducted from your refund.

Latte Rewards earned on an item or included as free gift will be deducted from your account. If you have already redeemed the rewards, they will be deducted from your refund at a rate of $0.01 per reward point.

For a cancelled order, a 2% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

The balance of a credit will be refunded to the original form of payment(s) used to purchase an order.

When Will My Refund Be Processed?

Credits on orders received in complete and good condition by the warehouse will be issued within 30 days of receipt.

Note: Refunds are processed in the order in which they were received.

My Order Was Lost, How Do I Get A Refund?

Please contact Customer Service by submitting a request as soon as possible. In most cases, we can facilitate the location and recovery of your shipment.

Note: If a package is not delivered, UPS can help by performing a search to locate your package.

How Will I Be Refunded If I Paid With a Gift Card I Redeemed with Latte Reward Points?

All funds used from a Latte Reward Points gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card used on the order.
