Learn how to replace the group gasket on a Gaggia Classic Pro.
The group gasket is what seals the connection between the portafilter and group head. This gasket will wear down, over time, will typically need to be replaced about every 6 months to 1 year.
As a wear-and-tear component, the group gasket is not under warranty. It is not necessary to replace the gasket until leaking at the group head occurs, but it is good to have a gasket on hand since the machine cannot be used with a broken gasket. You can purchase a replacement group gasket here.
