What Is My Order Status?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. 

We typically ship orders for in stock items within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. Due to processing and bench-testing requirements, Prosumer espresso machines may not ship the same day. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking number.

Note: Some small items may ship via SurePost, which UPS delivers to USPS (your local post office) and they then deliver to your shipping address. In this case, there will be a UPS tracking number as well as a USPS tracking number. You can obtain the USPS tracking number by viewing the details in the Shipment Details tab.


Some of the items in my order have not been received yet (OR I only received some of the items in my order)

Certain items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will not receive an automated tracking number. If you have not received a separate email including the tracking number for the drop-shipped item(s), please continue to complete the below form information and our team will be able to assist with providing an ETA and/or tracking number.
