We recommend reviewing your order detail page to confirm the list of available tracking numbers and ensuring that the products delivered match those listed on the packing slip included with the shipment.
- Search thoroughly: Sometimes, packages may be placed in unexpected locations around your property, such as around doors, patios, or behind objects and furniture to keep them out of sight. We advise you to thoroughly check these areas for the missing package.
- Final delivery delay: For orders that are shipped in multiple steps, you may notice that UPS marks the shipment as "Delivered" when it is handed over to USPS for the final leg of delivery. In such cases, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the package to reach its destination.
