When your machine arrives at our repair shop, it is inspected by one of our technicians. The result of our diagnostic work will determine the root cause and determine if the issue is eligible for warranty service if the product is within warranty period. If within the product warranty period, the machine will be repaired, returned and billed at the flat-rate shipping cost.

If a problem is found to be ineligible for warranty service, an estimate will be provided to you including the costs of parts and labor necessary to complete the repair. If you decide to not proceed with the repair, you will be invoiced a non-refundable diagnostic service fee of $45.00 as well as the shipping cost for sending the machine back to you.
