How much does my warranty repair cost?

If the problem is found to be eligible for warranty service by a technician, the cost of any parts and labor will be covered by Whole Latte Love.

Diagnosis by Technicians: To qualify for warranty service, your machine must be sent into our service center and diagnosed by our certified repair technicians. This ensures that any issues are accurately identified and addressed according to our high standards of service.

Role of Technical Support: Our technical support team is available to assist with troubleshooting and to determine if a technician's diagnosis is necessary. However, technical support cannot directly issue warranty replacements.

Warranty Coverage: If your machine is found to be eligible for warranty service following our technician's diagnosis, Whole Latte Love will cover the cost of  parts and labor deemed covered by the warranty.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping the product to our service center for warranty repairs.

Flat-Rate Warranty Fulfillment Charges for Return Shipping: These charges apply to warranty repairs shipped to addresses in the Contiguous United States.

  • Semi-Automatic: $29
  • Super-Automatic: $39
  • Prosumer: $49
  • Grinder: $25

Non-Warranty and Denied Warranty Repairs: In cases where a machine is not covered under warranty, or if a claim is denied as a warranty issue, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

Clear Communication: Customers will be informed promptly if their machine is not eligible for warranty coverage or if their warranty claim has been denied. This ensures transparency and allows customers to make informed decisions regarding the shipping of their machine.
