Before Sending Your Machine for Service

Review these FAQs to understand the process for sending in and receiving your repaired machine.

Turnaround Time for Repairs

  • Typical Timeframe: 2 to 6 weeks.
  • Factors Affecting Time:
    • Scope of work required.
    • Availability of parts.
    • Number of units in the queue.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Shipping the machine to our facility.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Under Warranty: Customer pays a flat rate.
    • Not Under Warranty: Customer pays shipping charges.

Repair Costs

  • Costs Vary: Depending on the scope of work.
  • Minimum Labor Charges:
    • Prosumers: 2.5 hours
    • Super Automatics: 1.5 hours
    • Semi Automatics: 1.5 hours
  • Labor Rate: $100 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($25).
  • Warranty Repairs: Only billed for return shipping unless non-warranty issues are found. An estimate will be sent for approval.
  • Non-Warranty Repairs: Charged for parts and labor. An estimate will be sent for approval before work begins.

$45 Estimate Charge

  • Non-Warranty Repairs: A $45 estimate charge applies.
    • Waived: If the estimate is approved.
    • Charged: If the estimate is denied, along with return shipping costs unless a new machine is purchased.

Options If Estimate Is Denied

  • Return the Machine: Pay return shipping costs.
  • Recycle the Machine: Free of charge if you don't want it back.
  • Purchase a New Machine: The $45 estimate fee is waived.

Filing a Damage Claim
