Turnaround Time for Repairs
- Typical Timeframe: 2 to 6 weeks.

Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Shipping the machine to our facility.

Return Shipping:
- Under Warranty: Customer pays a flat rate.
- Not Under Warranty: Customer pays shipping charges.
Repair Costs
- Costs Vary: Depending on the scope of work.

Minimum Labor Charges:
- Prosumers: 2.5 hours
- Super Automatics: 1.5 hours
- Semi Automatics: 1.5 hours
- Labor Rate: $100 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($25).
- Warranty Repairs: Only billed for return shipping unless non-warranty issues are found. An estimate will be sent for approval.
- Non-Warranty Repairs: Charged for parts and labor. An estimate will be sent for approval before work begins.
$45 Estimate Charge

- Waived: If the estimate is approved.
- Charged: If the estimate is denied, along with return shipping costs unless a new machine is purchased.
Options If Estimate Is Denied
- Return the Machine: Pay return shipping costs.
- Recycle the Machine: Free of charge if you don't want it back.
- Purchase a New Machine: The $45 estimate fee is waived.
Filing a Damage Claim
