If you have coffee shooting out from the spouts on your portafilter, don't stress: it's an easy fix.
Your machine shipped with at least two different filter baskets, pressurized and commercial. The pressurized baskets have one small hole in the bottom, whereas the commercial baskets have many tiny holes (you can hold it up to a light to see them).
The pressurized baskets require that you use them with a small, black Two Way Pin, which sits beneath the filter basket. If this Black Pin is not in place, coffee will spray out of the spouts.
