What is Covered by Warranty:
Whole Latte Love is committed to providing high-quality products. Our warranty coverage includes:

  1. Initial 30-Day Coverage:
    • Defects in Workmanship or Material: Includes improper or damaged seals.
    • Shipping Damage: Applies to damage sustained during initial shipping from us to the customer’s shipping address on the order.
  2. Electronic Component Failures (Throughout Warranty Period):
    • Covered: Failures not caused by abuse, or neglect.
    • Specific Components Covered:
      • Control Board
      • PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative Controller)
      • Relay
      • Pump (subject to no water quality issues)
      • Heating Elements (subject to no water quality issues)

Non-Warranty Maintenance Parts:

Certain parts are subject to wear and tear and are not covered under our warranty. These include:

  • Group Gaskets
  • Shower Screens
  • Valve Components (E61, Solenoid, Steam/Water Valves)
  • Valve Seals (E61, Solenoid, Steam/Water Valves)
  • Boiler Seals
  • Vacuum Breakers
  • Safety Valves
  • Water Tank Seals and Tanks
  • Carafe, including Seals and Tubes

Please note, maintenance and replacement of these parts are essential for the optimal performance of your machine and fall under regular customer care responsibilities.

Important Notes:

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, or neglect.
  • Customers are encouraged to maintain their machines according to our guidelines to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
