📹 Gaggia Anima: Drip Tray and Service Door Alarm

Learn what to do if the drip tray and service door alarm are active on your Gaggia Anima, even when they are in place.

There is a micro switch inside the machine that is activated when the drip tray and service door are in place. If either of these components are not in place, you will get an alarm on your display. If you see this alarm and everything is in place correctly, it is possible that the micro switch has popped out of its bracket. This is most commonly seen when the machine has been transported. In this video, Ted will show two methods of resolving this issue.

Failure of normal wear and tear items such as group gaskets, seals, and shower screens are not covered under warranty.  Issues due to scale build-up or lack of maintenance are not covered.
