Learn why you may be experiencing wet pucks or excessive water in the dump box or dreg drawer.
Wet pucks are completely normal on a new machine or a machine that has recently been reset using the Steam Out Procedure until the machine has completed its automatic learning process. During this process the machine will make adjustments to the algorithms to "fine-tune" the beverages.
Note: This process takes place for each beverage type. Pulling single shots until the pucks become less wet will not adjust the algorithm on other beverages such as coffee and double shots.
In the video below, Ted will walk you through more information on this issue and some steps to take if you're issue is not related to the algorithm.
