Post-Purchase Price Adjustment Policy

At Whole Latte Love, we value our customers and want them to be fully satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes promotions occur after a purchase is made, and we aim to provide a fair policy in these cases:

  1. Eligibility for Post-Purchase Machine or Grinder Adjustments:
    • Customers who have purchased a machine or grinder from Whole Latte Love may request a price adjustment if a new promotional price for the same product is launched within 14 days of their original purchase.
    • The promotion must be for the identical product (brand, model, and configuration) and be publicly available at the time of the request.
    • For any post-purchase adjustments that are eligible, the difference in pricing will be issued via Latte Rewards. 
  2. Limitations:
    • Post-purchase price adjustments cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions that were applied at the time of the original purchase.
    • Combined discounts, clearance items, refurbished products, limited-time flash sales, bundle offers, tiered discounts, parts, and accessories are excluded from post-purchase price adjustments.
    • Requests made beyond the 14-day window are not eligible.

  3. How to Request a Post-Purchase Adjustment:
    • To request a price adjustment, please contact our sales team within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and the new promotion information.
    • Our team will verify the eligibility and, if applicable, provide the price difference via Latte Rewards.
