If you are requesting to modify an item on your order, and the order shipment has not been processed, we can cancel the order and place a new order. If there is a difference in cost and a refund is owed, the refund will be issued back to your original form of payment. If your order shipment has been processed, you can return the item by shipping it back to us. You will be charged a 2% restocking fee unless you are exchanging for a product of equal or greater value.
The best way to add item(s) to your order is to simply place a new order online for the new item(s) you wish to purchase. If your original order had free shipping that you wish to take advantage of please contact us and we will be happy to make an adjustment on your additional order.
