An order can be canceled and refunded if the order has not shipped yet and there is a 2% cancellation fee associated with the cancellation.
If the order has shipped and is in transit, our team will determine if we can reroute the shipment back to us. If so, there is a $20 reroute fee in addition to the 2% cancellation fee.
Note: If you are canceling your order due to finding the same or similar product at a lower price, our sales team can evaluate what we can do to issue a price adjustment/price match.
