You can view your order history from the dashboard of your Whole Latte Love account. To sign-in or create an account, click here: Account Page: US / CA.
- Once logged in, click where it says "Hi, [Your Name]". Next, click "Account Details" from the dropdown menu that appears. This can be seen in the image below.
- After being taken to the "Account Details" page, you will be able to view your order history. This is shown in the image below.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I see an order I placed?
If you ordered over the phone, checked out as a guest, or you were signed into a different account when your order was placed, it will not appear under your order history. Please contact a member of the Customer Service team for additional information by submitting a request here.
Where do I find orders from before 2019?
Any orders prior to March 2019 cannot be imported due to our web platform change.
