What do I do if my product is damaged?

  2. Reporting damaged or lost merchandise: If you receive damaged or believe your merchandise is lost, please report it to us within 5 business days of the delivery date. It is crucial to adhere to this timeline, as it is a requirement imposed by the shipping carrier. Claims reported after this 5-day window cannot be processed.

  3. Retain all packaging: To facilitate the processing of a damage claim, please retain all packaging materials, including both the shipping and manufacturer's packaging. These materials are essential for verifying the damage and filing a successful claim.

  4. How to submit a damage claim: To initiate a damage claim, please Submit a Support Ticket through our customer support system.
    • In your support ticket, include the following:
      • Photographs and/or videos clearly displaying the damage sustained by your product.
      • Photographs of all original shipping boxes and manufacturer packaging used to deliver the product to you.
      • Photographs of the shipping label
