When will my order ship?

At Whole Latte Love, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including efficient order processing and shipment. Here's what you can expect regarding the shipping of your order:

  1. Order processing time: We strive to ship orders for in-stock items promptly. Typically, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of your order placement. However, please note that Prosumer espresso machines may have extended processing times due to necessary bench-testing and quality assurance checks. As a result, these machines may not ship on the same day as the order is placed.

  2. Shipment confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. This email will contain essential information, including a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  3. Shipping methods: For the convenience of our customers, some smaller items may be shipped via SurePost. SurePost involves a two-step delivery process, where UPS initially delivers the package to USPS (your local post office), which then completes the delivery to your specified shipping address. Consequently, in such cases, you will receive both a UPS tracking number and a USPS tracking number for your reference. You can access the USPS tracking number by reviewing the details in the Shipment Details tab.
