Flow Issues
If your Accademia is having difficulty producing coffee or steam, review the instructions below to diagnose if this is caused by the pump in your machine or something else.
The first place to start with any flow issue is cleaning the machine. Before going through these steps please make sure the brew unit has been properly cleaned.
Failure of normal wear and tear items such as group gaskets, seals, and shower screens are not covered under warranty. Issues due to scale build-up or lack of maintenance are not covered.
