Backflushing
Backflushing is the process used to clean out the shower screen and brew group and is an essential step to maintain the longevity of your Expobar Office Lever or Office Lever Plus espresso machine. The cleaner will remove the old coffee oils and deposits, as well as prevent coffee from building up on the shower screen. The video below shows how to backflush your Expobar Brewtus IV.
